OUT AND ABOUT:
As far as schools being in session here, all is good so far! From the media we see that Covid-19 cases have increased in our state but our governor says the numbers are not accurate. Who knows? We just do what we can in our corner to stay healthy. Hope you are doing the same.

We are trying to adopt the Latin phrase, “Carpe diem” (‘Seize the Day’) for our motto – we realize all that we are escaping; i.e., these last weeks have carried some powerful storms in our country: The Derecho storm in the Midwest; Hurricane Laura in the south; and tornados in Colorado. Also there are severe fires in the western states plus other fires scattered in other places. All that mixed with ‘the’ virus! Of course there are the protests and the riots which make us wonder if these days are preface to some epic changes in our country. Anyway, Carpe diem to each of you!

AT THE FACTORY:
There was a lot of interest and some good TrailManor sales at the South Dakota Fair last week. So many people at the fair said they had never seen one of our trailers before. It is encouraging to hear their remarks when they experience seeing how one operates opening and closing. We know you understand what we are talking about because so many of you tell us how people gather around when you open/close your TrailManor. One customer told us that someone followed them off a highway and into a gas station then asked if they would demonstrate how the TrailManor works. Yes, they are a unique travel trailer. They deserve the attention they draw, and we do love hearing your stories. We were sorry to have missed so many of you at the weekend sale at our dealer – HORN RAPIDS RV – in Richland Washington several weeks ago; maybe next time.

Our 2021 models are coming off the line. Our dealers tell us that many of you are trading up to a new model. Great idea! TrailManors historically have a great resale value.

Supply for some of the parts we need remains an issue; but we think in another 30 days it will be remedied.

TrailManors continue to be very popular. Right now our top seller is our largest model (Model 3124).

Our Parts/Service department keeps very busy. The plumbing guard has been very popular. It is designed to protect your plumbing and help keep road debris from getting into your plumbing.

Please try to be patient when calling our Parts office. Many of the calls Adam works with are very time consuming. He’ll spend as much time as needed with you too. You can also email him at adam@trailmanor.com.

If you are coming to the factory for a tour or service work please call ahead for directions. Google directions will take you six miles north of us. We’ve been unable to get that corrected but we’ll keep trying. Until then call 605-239-4002 or 605-933-0887 for correct directions.
