Hopefully you are having some great camping experiences this camping season. We are definitely enjoying some great weather here in South Dakota and the campsites are very active.

We are happy to report that next year’s July 4, 2020) Fourth of July festivities at the Mount Rushmore National Monument could feature the first fireworks display in nearly 10 years. Displays have not been produced since 2009, when a pine beetle infestation killed many of the trees in the Black Hills National Forest and created potential fire hazards. Gov. Kristi Noem announced on Tuesday that South Dakota and the U.S. Department of the Interior will be working together to return fireworks to the monument beginning July 4, 2020.

The Laura Ingles Wilder homestead is very close to our factory. There are many visitors there each year. It is a great place for families and anyone who enjoyed the TV series and/or books of Little House on the Prairie. www.desmetpageant.org/

The RV PRO magazine featured us in their June 2019 magazine. We appreciate the great story and photos. Hopefully you will have the opportunity to read it. Click HERE for the link…

We are at long last at the point that our production team will be able to keep up with more orders so we are actively seeking more dealers. It is an exciting time for us.

Ed Lytle was the Service Manager at TrailManor in Tennessee for a lot of years. We spoke with him this morning – he had to order some parts for his TrailManor – new rails for the bed! He said that as many times as he had warned others about forcing the bed rails he didn’t follow his own advice to check for the problem (always something obstructing that function!!!) and he tried to force the rails out – now he had the expense and inconvenience of replacing them. So a word from the wise Ed Lytle – “Check out the reason the rail is stuck – DO NOT force it!” Follow his advice and save yourself time, money and frustration. Thanks Ed.

Another reminder is to check the tires on your TrailManor. A blowout on the highway can create a lot of damage to the underside of your TrailManor.

We receive a number of calls asking where our customers can get a cover for their TrailManor. An article in the March/April 2019 RVBusiness magazine shared information about a company that makes custom covers for campers of all kinds. Their website is www.adcoprod.com if you want to check them out.

Until next newsletter………
